Do men always do what they like? For example, going to the gym. Do all men go for health reasons? Or just from nothing to do and from the fact that it is the man’s way. Then squeezing a 100-kilogram barbell turns into an effort for the sake of effort.

But approaches in the gym is not all. It doesn’t really matter how many times a man pulls up or what weight he lifts. After all, it doesn’t fully characterize him as a person, it hides some other, less masculine character traits.

It is these stereotypes that drive men to the gym to appear strong on the outside, even if they feel no such need on the inside. It is believed that a real man is more of a rage. He must suppress anxiety and panic and not be a swagger. Do action heroes suffer from panic attacks before they save everyone?
